Squirrel power wins again!
As the Oppo players get a better feel for IGP's rules and stuff, it's obvious the future races will be more competitive, and the ridiculous 13 sec gap will disappear
(also, quickest lap time WOT just gotta iron out pit stratagem)

The better question is HOW IS FISHER SO CONSISTENT
Not counting start or pit laps there was a 10 sec difference between Brown's fastest/slowest lap times due to fuel/tyre

Ok first change your fuel to subtotal. Your have the murk engine which gives you higher performance but less fuel econemomy, so make subtotal your choice.
Next, in the race you are running slightly slow times. When your car gets new tires you need to set your driver to full attack until the tires are pink. When your tires are pink, set the aggression to 2 or 3 and watch ur tire heat. Adjust aggression accourdingly.
Also, does your car have any design work done on it? If so go to next race, parts, assembly, and switch out the old parts for the new one.
Finally, with your set up you should have been able to run around 6 laps at the start of this race. Go through your previous races and find out your tire wear averages (make sure to check how brutal the track is on tires and such in the information section). Build a spreadsheet so you can predict wear. I normally try to plan my pits around 20% left. I then take the race directors fuel prediction and add that into the equation (they should overestimate fuel needed so don't add anything on top of the number).

For whatever reason my computer won't load the 2D viewing screen so I can't control anything during the race. I do the max amount of design work for each race so thats good

You need java to run the race, also I am on firefox and have 0 problems. If you can access the 2d screen just set your driver to level 2/5 aggression and you should be fine. Just make sure you put in the right fuel and such. I did that my first race and didn't even watch it live. Came back and I had won.
